Although the Observatory is a large tourist attraction and parking can be difficult, if you decide to make an evening of it, you can have a great worry-free date that doesn’t cost much at all. The Observatory has a romantic view, interesting history, and large grass lawn for picnics, making it one of the best free date ideas in Los Angeles.
Exposition Rose Garden
The Exposition Park Rose Garden is our favorite garden the Los Angeles. As you can see from the photo above the garden is fairly large and it has a big fountain in the middle. This garden is perfect for a stroll with your date among the flowers.
