Now that Summer is just around the corner and the beaches are about to crowded, let us share some of the most Instagrammed places in San Diego so you can spice up your Instagram feed. Here is a countdown of the most Instagrammed Spots in San Diego and how you can get a San Diego Taxi to get you there.
Anza Borrego Desert State Park
Anza Borrego is the largest state park in California. Many come here for the trails and unrivaled desert scenery. However, if you come here you won’t just find desert trails there are random sculptures you will stumble across and their wildflower fields are the perfect photo op for your Instagram feed. Flowers in the desert? Count us in!
Bayview Park
Bayview Park is a small bayside park that displays a perfect view of the San Diego skyline. The park is quiet, lined with trees and even has benches to sit down while you take a break from taking that perfect Instagram photo.
Sunset Cliffs
The Sunset Cliffs are great to get that perfect sunset photo of the ocean. The cliffs are breathtaking and if you want to go down to the beach it is only a short hike away.
Potato Chip Rock
The Potato Chip Rock is located at the top of the Mount Woodson Trail. The long hike takes you to the summit of the mountain and the beloved Potato Chip Rock. The rock looks fragile, like a potato chip, but everyone climbs up to it to get a photo.
Scripps Pier
Scripps Pier is located in La Jolla and is the focal point of Scripps Beach. Many photographers come to get the perfect photo of the pier during the sunset.
Cedar Creek Falls
Cedar Creek Falls is located in East San Diego County at the end of a 4.9-mile hike in the Cleveland National Forest. The waterfall is a perfect photo op for any Instagram feed
Children’s Pool
The Children’s Pool Beach is a popular beach located on Coast Boulevard at the end of Jenner Street in La Jolla. The beach earned its name after the construction of the concrete wall in the breakwater to make the swimming area more suitable for children.
Centennial Park
Centennial Park is the place to visit in San Diego if you want sweeping panorama shots of the San Diego Cityscape. The park is known for its views, expansive lawn with benches, and its rose garden.
Salk Institute
The Salk Institute is a non-profit scientific research institute. However, the architecture at the location is something that attracts photographers far and wide.
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints La Jolla
The architecture of this church looks like something out of a science fiction movie. Many come to the outside of the church just for the Instagram photo.
Flower Fields at Carlsbad
Last on the list is the Flower Fields of Carlsbad. Although entry is not free, if you are visiting the area it is definitely worth the money to get a photo here as long as it is close to the springtime.
